Introduction

The home-care software niche is incredibly competitive, with some established players ruling the roost. For Smartcare to disrupt this and succeed online, they needed a search presence. Before that could happen, their website required a complete rebuild.

The existing website was bloated and slow. It wasn’t pulling in the right levels of organic traffic, and conversion goals weren’t being hit. Smartcare didn’t even appear for keywords that their competitors were dominating.

Despite having a grade-A product, they weren’t thought leaders in the home care space. In an extremely competitive sector, customers were overlooking Smartcare for rival offerings.

The Solution

A custom-coded website that put the user experience at its core. Through elegant design and logical navigation, the Smartcare site became easy to browse and a vast resource for care-related content. Most importantly, it was designed to convert, with clear call-to-actions positioned throughout.

With a rebuilt site in place, we got to work building out a content strategy that would elevate Smartcare alongside the competition.

Within an extremely competitive niche, we used long-form blog content to deliver outstanding results, pulling in a 150% year-on-year increase in organic traffic. We got Smartcare ranking for 53 keywords in Google’s top 3. This all resulted in a massive uptick in conversions.

The Detailed Results

We conducted a thorough SEO technical audit which informed the website rebuild. With a new website in place, we carried out meticulous keyword research to get Smartcare ranking against relevant search terms. Our aim was to rank for lucrative searches, giving Smartcare an advantage over its competition.

Through topics such as KPIs homecare providers should track, the rise of mobile in homecare tech, caregiver well-being and more, we drew in thousands of online prospects who were educated and informed on their search queries.

Fulfilling relevant search demand led to a huge increase in organic traffic over a 3-year period, with a 150% YoY uptick. We got Smartcare ranking for 53 keywords in Google’s top 3 (e.g. home care software), firmly positioning them among the US market leaders.

This consistent growth in relevant organic traffic translated to a surge in conversions that are continuously growing YoY.
